What to include
A few details let us answer on the first reply instead of the third:
- The email address on your 2Families account — we can only discuss an account with the person who holds it.
- Whether you were using the web app, the iOS app or the Android app, and roughly when the problem happened.
- What you expected to happen and what happened instead. A screenshot helps, but never send us passwords.
- For billing questions, whether you subscribed on the web (Stripe), through the App Store, or through Google Play — refunds and cancellations follow different rules on each.
Support from inside the app
If you already have an account, the support section in Settings opens a ticket that is linked to your account, so you do not have to describe your setup from scratch. Replies arrive both in the app and by email. Visitors without an account can use the support chat on this site instead.
Privacy and data requests
Requests to access, correct, export or delete your personal information go to the same address — write "privacy request" in the subject line and we will route it to the person responsible for privacy. Your account can also be deleted at any time from Settings, and the Privacy Policy explains what that removes and what we are required to keep.

Mediators, lawyers and parenting coordinators
Professionals working with a family can be invited into a specific conversation by one of the parents; you do not need a separate arrangement with us to be added. If you work with several families and want to talk about how the mediator role fits your practice, mention it in your email and we will answer with specifics rather than a brochure.
