4. AI Features and Data Processing

Our premium AI Mediator feature uses third-party AI services to provide communication assistance. When you use AI features:

  • Only conversation content relevant to the AI request is processed - your personal information (name, email, profile details) is never shared with AI providers
  • Data is sent to AI providers solely for the purpose of generating AI responses, not for any other use
  • We do not use your data to train AI models
  • AI-generated suggestions are clearly marked and are not legal advice
  • You can disable AI features at any time in your settings

5.1 Other Users

Your messages, calendar events, and shared content are visible to other members of your family group, including co-parents and authorized mediators you invite.

5.2 Service Providers

We work with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating our platform, including services for hosting, database management, payment processing, email delivery, and AI features. These providers only access your data as necessary to perform their services and are bound by confidentiality obligations.

5.3 Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or government request, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.

5.4 We Do Not Sell Your Data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes. We do not authorize the sale of your data by any third party.   • Active Accounts: We retain your data for 5 years from your last activity to support ongoing co-parenting needs and potential legal requirements.
  • Deleted Accounts: Upon account deletion, your personal data is removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
  • Backups: Backup copies may persist for up to 90 days before being permanently deleted.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including:

  • Regular security assessments and updates
